The CMVzl - Viaturas app allows you to:

As a Contributor to this new platform, after authenticating, you can and should:
1) reserve car park vehicles, which are available for reservation, within the dates and times when they are not already reserved. (we recommend that you view the schedule of scheduled trips before booking a car);
2) report anomalies / breakdowns in the vehicles;
3) update the car park, after finishing the trip or when you verify that the current parking does not match the current one in the application;
4) update the mileage of the vehicles driven, after finishing the trip;
5) manage your data within the application, being able to change your password and telephone contact (menu: my data);
6) consult your travel history;
7) be aware of the expected date / limit of the next periodic inspection of each vehicle in the car fleet;
8) be aware of the expected mileage of the next periodic (preventive) review of each vehicle in the car fleet;
9) be aware of the anomalies / malfunctions reported by the other employees not yet resolved, in order to take all care for their safety;
10) have knowledge of the usual car park, so that, if you are the last employee to drive the vehicle at the end of the day, park in the usual car park;
11) contact an employee, via an internal message, who has booked a vehicle (consult scheduled trips) in order to request vehicle sharing (hitchhiking) and thus minimize transport costs;
12) continue with the booking process, starting the trip (on the scheduled departure date) and ending the trip (on the scheduled arrival date), entering the data requested;

and also (if Park Manager):

13) register a vehicle, indicating, among others, the usual parking and the sector to which it belongs.
14) list all vehicles, where you can edit or update each one:
14.1) current mileage;
14.2) anomalies / malfunctions;
14.3) sector to which it belongs;
14.4) next Preventive Review (oil, filters, distribution, fluids, etc.);
14.5) washes;
14.6) maintenance and respective costs, on the repair of an anomaly (punctual or preventive maintenance) in the current and total year;
14.7) fuel consumption in the current and total year;
14.8) travel history of each vehicle;
14.9) moving vehicles for maintenance (removing them from circulation, preventing their reservation);
15) register an employee, indicating, among others, his current work sector;
16) list all registered employees, where you can edit or update each one:
16.1) number of employees (equal to that registered with the municipality's human resources);
16.2) username;
16.3) password, if requested by the employee;
16.4) contacts, if requested by the employee;
16.5) assigning a hierarchical superior to the employee, so that his superior has knowledge of the created reserves;
16.6) send a private message to an employee;
16.7) travel history (registered) of each employee;
16.8) book a vehicle by an employee, as well as start a trip and end a trip, when requested by the employee, who does not currently have the application;
16.9) assign a vehicle to a specific employee (so that he, who drives the vehicle on a daily basis, manages the vehicle responsibly, since updating kilometers, anomalies and washes, preventing it from being reserved);
17) send a general message to all employees.


IMPORTANT NOTE: The introduction of mileage in the application will be important so that the automatic warnings are sent to the car park manager, in order to carry out the respective revisions in a timely manner and, thus, the proper functioning of the vehicles.
