This interface aims to provide an overview and facilitate discussions on the progress of your acquisition.
This customer relationship service is available from the signing of the reservation contract and allows you to access your complete file (administrative, financial, technical). You will find all the information relating to your property (description of the residence and accommodation, current or signed TMA estimate, follow-up of calls for funds, progress of the administrative file, photos of the progress of the site, etc.) and you will be able to interact with your manager via messaging. You will also be alerted by sms or email notification of all new news.
