Another way to meditate: the mantras! You will also find sung mantras, inviting you to sing in your turn or just let the words resonate within you.

Everyone can meditate, it's as easy as breathing!

This application wants to be easy and fun and centered on the heart of each.
We base our exercises on our knowledge and experiences, such as mindfulness meditation, sophrology, hypnosis, NLP, positive psychology, nonviolent communication, etc ...

Our intention is to invite you daily to take time for you, in a serene space, to relax, listening to your heart and leaving aside stress and anxiety.
