How to record your own race
Just go outside, hit the “Record” button and start running or cycling. Ghost Races will record your course, distance and speed and generate your own personal race. This way, other people around you can compete and try to beat your record.

Compete in cycling and running challenges whenever you feel ready
Pick any day you want, go to the starting point and start cycling or running. Ghost races will record and match your performance with other competitors and rank you according to your performances.
In contrast to a live race, you can choose your best day to participate in virtual challenges. And you can compete as many times as you want for free.

Participate in virtual challenges
You can also find a series of cycling and running challenges where you can compete with people worldwide, not just locally. By hitting the “Compete” button, Ghost Races will record and match your performances in order to rank you.

Train on your favourite course
If you are preparing for a race, Ghost Races allows you to train as many times as you need. Just record the competition course as a normal race at first and then you can train anytime. If other people also find your race and compete, you can see exactly where you stand.

Cycling and running challenges with no “Pause” button
Because Ghost Races was designed as a virtual challenges app that mimics real races, no “Pause” button was included. So plan your stops carefully ☺

Free GPX download
All running and cycling challenges have a GPX available for download. This way you can easily upload your course on other devices.
