Have you ever thought about how much hydrants are needed in a fireman's everyday life? Thousands of hydrants are used every day by the national fire department to put out fires and save lives. So we thought of developing an app that could assist employees in the work they did.

In fact, thanks to Ignite, firefighters will have an interactive map at their fingertips to turn to whenever they need a fire hydrant in their vicinity and will no longer have to use old-fashioned vehicles such as maps or sheets of paper.

Thanks to a series of algorithms designed in an elegant and refined way, Ignite will be able to find the hydrant closest to our current position if and only if we were authenticated within the platform as Vigli del Fuoco. Otherwise we can simply add hydrants and fill in the data requested.
