The band Wesley Safadão & Garota Safada emerged as a joke. The group started with the intention of entertaining family and friends. Mixing the lively rhythm of forró with a slower musicality (to dance tightly!) Things went well and today Wesley Safadão is one of the most respected forró artists in the country. In 2015, Wesley launched the solo project Ao Vivo Em Brasília. In 2016 it was the turn of Duetos (Ao Vivo), which brought together great names in national music, and the intimate work WS Em Casa (Ao Vivo). And in 2017 he launches his WS In Miami Beach (Live), recorded in Florida. The project arrived directly from the United States, bringing the summer heat of Miami to warm up the Brazilian winter. Wesley innovated in the repertoire and the visual, with short hair. His latest album, Ws Mais uma Vez, was released in September 2018 and is counting on the great success of "Só Pra Castigar".
