Startups that wish to run their fundraising activity with FundedHere have to meet the following criteria:
1. Singapore incorporated entity
2. Minimum 3 months in operation
3. At minimum 1 Singaporean founder/ beneficial owner
4. Minimum paid-up capital of S$50,000

Listed Companies that wish to run a short-term bond using FundedHere have to meet these criteria or possess the following:
1. Majority-owned by Singaporeans or Singaporean Permanent Residents
2. Not on SGX Watchlist
3. Positive Net Tangible Assets
4. Lien on Shareholder Equity
5. Corporate Guarantee
