If you're feeling a bit stressed and want to feel happier and less overwhelmed by the world around you, then try this app. It explains how to build positive daily habits that can improve your mood and reduce stress. It gives you set habits to track each day, shows you how you're getting on and provides some inspiration. It lets you set up basic reminders that'll gently nudge you to take a break and look after yourself during the day.
What you can do to improve your mood:
- Read the descriptions of each habit in the ‘Habits’ list to find out why it is worth practising them (question mark icon next to each habit)
- Add a reminder so that you don't forget to take care of your physical and mental health during the day (three dots icon next to the habit)
- Keep a journal of positive events (three dots icon next to the ‘Grateful moments’ habit -> Notes)
- Track your progress in the ‘Progress’ tab. Try to beat your longest streak of daily repetitions. Maintain a high percentage of completed habits, e.g. above 30%.
- Get inspired by what others say about happiness and habit building in the ‘More’ tab.
- Earn more badges for persistently building positive habits (the Badges icon will appear after the first habit is marked in the upper corner of the ‘Habits’ tab).
This application does not share your data with the developer or any third parties. All data is stored separately on your phone and will be deleted when you uninstall the app.
