Students: Student tab provides us the facility to enroll New students, Update their records and Whenever you find any record is not mandatory for you, You can delete it also.
In student tab one more important facility we have kept for you that is “Installment records”, In this you can send the message to the individual student according to his or her installment dates which you have kept for him or her while inquiry.
Take Attendance: In “Take Attendance Tab”, we have kept the facility for maintaining the attendance records of the students by their ID, QR Code and Name.
The most valuable feature of this Tab is “In time” and “Out time” facility. Once you will put the entry and exit time of your students in this system at the very same time their parents will get the message about their “In” or “Out” time form the institution.
Attendance Report: Attendance Report is also a major facility of this system. In which we can maintain the attendance of the students (Individual or All students) as well as we can filter it also on the basis of Date/ Month/ Year and Date Between.
Admin will have the authority to access it’s all components along with this he or she can also provide this record in PDF or Excel format also.
Payments: Payment tab keeps the records of all payments which are made by the students. And if you want to generate the records of those payments, so you can generate it in PDF or Excel format on the basis of Date/ Month/Year and Date between.

Faculty: In the Faculty Tab we can maintain the records of our faculties along with this we can enroll /update and Delete the faculty list also. And if faculty wants to access this system for that he or she must have an User Id or Password which he or she will get by the side or Admin. After getting id and password facility will be able to handle the responsibility toward his or her students through this application.
Batch: In Batch tab we can create faculties list according to their batches. Through this tab faculties will be able to send the homework, study materials in PDF or Graphical format to their students. Batch will be created in this tab on the basis of Std or Course.
Test: Tests will generated through this application but it will be taken offline. Generation or submission of test marks will be done according to the batches.
Parents will get the marks of their children at the very same time when it will be entered or submitted by the faculties in the app.
Branches: An admin will have the right to enter the records of new branches, Update it and Delete it. But Employees can only maintain the records of their students as per their own braches or in other words they can only use this application as per their rights which they have got by the side of Admin.
Employee: An Admin can create, update or delete the list of their faculties through this application.
Complain Box: Complain box will heal all the hurdle which will come in the smooth process of this application. By that Admin can get complains of the parents and take the necessary steps to resolve these.
