With this application you can keep track of your business inventory and billing. It has the following characteristics:
User Roles:
- administrator type user, who has access to all the app's functionalities.
- box-type user, who has access only to create invoices and view the inventory only with sales prices, without access to modify prices or quantities in stock of the products.
Create Products:
With the administrator user you can create a product and set purchase price and sale price 1, 2 and 3. You can also receive more quantities of a product that is based on the system. If you set the actual purchase price, when you generate a monthly or annual sales report, you can see how much money you have generated in earnings during the selected period.
Create Invoices:
Both types of users can create invoices, but the administrator user can modify, archive or delete an invoice.
User administration:
Here you will find options to manage users, granting or removing permissions or roles to users registered on the platform.
Reports and Invoices:
Here you can generate monthly or annual reports where a list of invoices corresponding to the selected period is generated.
Each invoice listed gives a summary of how much money was billed and of that amount, how much corresponds to the earnings, with the possibility of clicking on the button view invoice detail and thus see the full detail of the invoice.
In the end, the system makes a sum of the amounts of all the invoices that are within the selected period and gives you an overall amount of how much money was obtained from profits.
