I put my attention to the ease of use and operation of the application.
Choose the first morning shift date and adjusts the shifts automatically.
Characteristics :
# Similar to the hours report starts from 26 to 25 per month.
# An option to 4444 or to change the last shift to lunch as is customary in some facilities. (Automatic)
# An option to upload an image of an arrangement and open the app directly to this image.
# Test estimated hours per month and estimated gross hourly wage. (This metric is not at all accurate)
# Option to reduce the monthly 64 hours in case of illness beyond 4 per year.
# A warning in case the software sees morning after night or 13 consecutive days of work.
# Customized change (calendar) for each day - color, text, hours to calculate, icon .. (putting a diary)
# A link to the Hilan website and a place to keep a reminder and a hint of Hilan's slogan.
# Presentation of benefits for the relevant month (eg, clothing, etc.).
# Jewish Holidays / Option for Muslims also until 2023. (Option to enter / change manually as well ..)

It is important to clarify:
As opposed to what was planned in advance, I chose the application not to back up any file on the cloud .. so if a phone replacement everything is deleted and needs to be redefined .. the app does not ask for any permission to the internet or external communication.

I do not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the calculations in the application + the warnings of deviations, the personal responsibility for each user without relying entirely on the application.
Neither ICL nor the factory has any direct or indirect connection or responsibility to the application, it was built for personal use by me and my colleagues.
