Converse helps the hearing and speech impaired to express themselves. This app uses the information about the user and builds the standard lines  that are mostly used. Once the lines are built, the user can click the lines and the text to speech engine will convert it. People who have hearing difficulties can use the speech to text engine as well to understand what others are speaking.
