MHARI SADAK is an official complaint redressal mobile application initiative by the Government of Haryana to empower citizens in reporting road-related issues directly to the concerned authorities. The app provides a transparent and efficient platform for citizens to register complaints about damaged roads, potholes, or other road maintenance needs.
Through MHARI SADAK, citizens can log in, submit their complaints with location details and photographs, and track the progress of their request in real-time. Once a complaint is registered, it is automatically forwarded to the engineers of the respective road-owning department. The concerned Executive Engineer (XEN) then carries out the necessary repairs and uploads photographic evidence of the work completed. The complaint is subsequently verified by a supervisor before being marked as Closed.
This streamlined workflow ensures accountability, timely action, and improved road infrastructure, while fostering active citizen participation in governance.
