Once you have your ticket, you can monitor your queue status anytime, anywhere. The app provides an estimated time for your turn, helping you manage your time more efficiently. You're no longer limited to waiting in designated areas.
When your turn is near, the app sends you a notification to get ready. When it’s your turn, another alert will prompt you with the details of the service personnel or counter that will assist you.
After your visit, you can rate your experience, giving feedback that helps improve the quality of service.
