The nurse Note app can be used as a nursing tool in collecting, storing, and retrieval of data while on duty. This nursing tool can be useful in handling multiple patient data in any setting. The data collected in the app is stored on the user's mobile device and nothing in the cloud or third-party database. The data and the profile that was created can be edited and deleted by the user.
The user will be responsible for protecting their patient's patient health information (PHI) and the app does not encourage the collection of the patient's full name or medical record number.
