GOATA Movement is a program in which we identify irregular movement patterns in individuals or athletes with the use of slow motion video technology. We then use exercises to begin to re-code the individual back to the evolutionary movement patterns they were born having. The benefits of these innate patterns include an up-level in performance, endurance durability, and to be non-contact injury resistant.
