GCA Launcher is a new approach to the launcher app scene for Android. Designed to support the next generation full screen gestures, super lite weight interface, a handful of customization and preferences for users, built on Material Component Design, battery friendly, hardware resource friendly and is pretty easy to use. Its design was inspired from Google's Pixel Launcher and Chromium OS. This launcher was built completely from ground zero as a freelance project and DOES NOT support tradition pixel launcher features you may be use to (Like google feed or quick switch)

This launcher does support Android Go (may not meet size requirements), Supports devices running Android 5.0+, Supports tablets and Supports "some" devices with full screen gesture support. Launcher is not optimized for dual screen setups. (Requires December 2019 security update and latest build of Android10 release, both are required)

GCA Launcher requires access to your External Memory for several reasons. To access digital color data from your wallpaper. To save user data on your device for the launcher to easily read and store cache for later use.

GCA Launcher requires admin privileges to use the double tap to lock feature. By giving GCA permission to be an admin app, this does block out the ability to use your physical fingerprint reader when trying to unlock your phone. A pin will be required to unlock your device. This rule does not apply to In-Screen fingerprint readers as its disregarded and you may continue operations as normal. A fix will be looked into but it may require root access or accessibility options, terms of service will be updated when this changes.

GCA Launcher requires access to Usage Data for Predictive Apps. This allows the launcher to create an accurate list of Predictive Apps for the user that's almost 100% accurate and updates when data changes.
