With BUDO you can learn the basics of Japanese martial arts such as Karate Kendo or Sumo!
In this early version, you can practice the basics of Karate by following our exercises.
Use them to create your 20 minutes morning routine and stick to it!

A wise man said once that you should not fear a man who has practiced 1000 punches one time but you should fear a man who has practiced 1 punch 1000 time!

The key is consistency so start your practice of Japanese martial arts now and stick to it.

The other martial arts will come later, for the moment only Karate is available.

One last word, BUDO is more a beta version than a final product, it's fan-made ( I love martial arts ) but I did it alone with low-tech.
