It is an ancient Franciscan site, a secluded place of prayer, but it has seen many characters and events!

We do not know the entire history of the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie, better known as the Convent of Santa Maria Seconda, (a panel with the Madonna and child was venerated there, believed to be the second Madonna painted by San Luca, hence the name of Santa Maria Seconda .

The events of this convent often become karst and reappear distant from each other.
