In a simple way, the scenarios presented in this application,
they are nothing more than ideas or projects, "converted into numbers",
in a way that allows you in a matter of minutes, to have a
quite clear picture, that it implies carrying out a certain
investment or venture, and to be able to project the possible economic performance, its costs, capital gains, depreciation, and many other important factors to consider in any investment.

As you can see, the scenarios make use of calculations that can be obtained using Josh's calculators (breakeven calculator, fixed fee, capital gain, etc). But unlike calculators, the scenarios are designed in a comprehensive way, for "specific business situations", such as:

• Buy a piece of land to sell it later,
• Buy gold with the idea that its price will increase, and sell it.
• Buy dollars with the idea that its price will increase, and sell it.
• A combination of the two above, buying gold with dollars, and hoping to win in the future with a higher price, both in gold and in dollars.

• Compare returns or profitability between various financial options.
