Dear colleagues:

After more than two years in which face-to-face events have not been held, it is a pleasure to announce that this year, from October 20 to 23, our Gutenberg Center ultrasound unit will celebrate in Malaga the sixth edition of our Symposium on Fetal Medicine in collaboration with the Fetal Medicine Foundation.

In this fifth edition, in which we will celebrate our 35th anniversary of activity, we will address the most relevant topics of Obstetric Ultrasound, Prenatal Diagnosis and Fetal Medicine, but from an eminently practical point of view.

For this, we will have the presence of highly prestigious foreign professors such as Pf. Kypros Nicolaides, Pf. Basky Thilaganathan and Pf. Rabih Chaoui, as well as a broad representation of the most relevant speakers from our country, who will lead the different interactive sessions with attendees.

You know that in our symposiums we dedicate special attention to social events that serve as a reunion and exchange of ideas among attendees. That is why we do not conceive a Gutenberg symposium that is not face-to-face.

However, and as a novelty this year, in addition to the face-to-face symposium, we have provided virtual, online access for those who cannot travel to Malaga and prefer to follow the scientific sessions in streaming.

We have also organized a poster contest to stimulate research and participation of promising young people in Fetal Medicine. The 3 best posters will be elevated to a presentation and will receive free registration to the symposium as a prize.

Participation in this symposium will allow obtaining the credits granted by Seaformec.

Along with the interesting scientific program, and to celebrate our 25th anniversary, we have made an effort to organize a series of activities, included in the registration, which will undoubtedly allow for closer ties between the different professionals involved in this field of medicine.
