VITAL Connect is a vital sign measurement collection application. It enables the capture of patient vitals from a variety of smart medical devices.
• It captures a variety of patient vitals such as: Temperature, Blood Pressure, Pulse, Blood Sugar, Step Count, Blood Oxygen, Weight, Lung Capacity, and Pain Assessment.
• It has the ability to capture vital signs through smart medical devices using Bluetooth Low Energy.
• It also allows manual entry for self-reporting.
• Each individual vital sign measurement is recorded with a timestamp and which device it came from.
• The app supports displaying a vital sign history graph with trend.
• It is available in both online and offline modes for data collection.
• Collected measurements are also submitted to our web portal to allow easy tracking patient vitals.
