Application that allows the creation of standardized nursing evolutions with data from anamnesis and physical examination

This application is intended for academics and nursing professionals with the aim of systematizing nursing care to the patient, using technology.

Its functionalities are: the creation of patient evolutions through a form -> anamnesis data: date of hospitalization, reason for hospitalization, current history of the disease, past history of the patient; physical examination data -> markers of each system of the human body: neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, nutritional, integumentary, locomotor and genitourinary.

These data are synchronized with the website of this application, where the option to list possible nursing diagnoses and their goals is available, and it is also possible to create a final report with all the data that were filled in.
