In the app you will find

artists - a list of all songs that have ever been added
hit of the month - a record summarizing all votes cast in the selected month.

You can vote for a given piece once every 5 minutes.
During this time, you have the opportunity to vote for the rest of the songs, including those not on the list, and make them to the top again.
