With this Halo Habits app you walk the path to healthy habits yourself.
In twelve weeks you will receive all kinds of information, tips, advice and assignments based on the five Halo pillars of healthy behavior based on an adventurous game. You are challenged and rewarded to be active in your mental and physical health. Step by step, healthy behavior becomes more self-evident and you discover how you can feel good about yourself and be healthy, motivated and energetic.

To make the threshold as low as possible and to help you as well as possible on your Path to healthy behavior, Halo has arranged the following support:
• You may take a buddy on this trip, for which you will receive an additional license free of charge. You can choose this buddy yourself and can be, for example, a family member or someone from your circle of friends
• If you have a question during these twelve weeks, you can contact our Travel Guides. Specially trained enthusiastic Halo employees who are happy to help you on your way if you get stuck
