The Caicó Digital application aims at a practical and active interaction of the population with the municipal management, seeking excellence and popular satisfaction.
Through the application, the inhabitants of the municipality will be able to register positive and negative manifestations, suggestions, complaints, requests and requests for information, on the part of the ombudsman. Furthermore, it becomes possible to access municipal services, the cultural agenda, tourism in the region, city news, citizen service and institutional information, such as schools.
In the field of taxation, information related to certificates, IPTU, ISS and other services can be requested.
The application also makes it possible to request Civil Defense services, public lighting and the registration of Aedes aegypti outbreaks. In addition, it allows public servants to carry out paycheck inquiries, follow the latest news and respond to polls and surveys related to public management.
