MISSION

The Municipal GAD Sigchos, is a public institution with a multidisciplinary team created to meet the basic needs of its inhabitants, in the geographical area that corresponds, tending to land use planning as a strategy for achieving and practice of good living, based on principles of solidarity, unity, equity, subsidiarity, and multiculturalism.

VIEW

Sigchos year 2065 will be a connected and accessible territory considered as a mode of connectivity between regions sierra, coast and east; allowing the development of activities in a sustainable way, taking advantage of the region's potential with a company under the provision of free, common and open knowledge for the generation of appropriate technology that can be harnessed for production and adding value to local production ; positioned as the new national and international tourist destination and add value to local production and where organized popular power is the guiding decision-making to ensure good living rural.
