WAEMU Interoperability:
Thanks to PI-SPI, your transactions are processed immediately. Some services are offered free of charge by the BCEAO; other transactions may be subject to fees depending on the nature of the transaction. Instant payments are irrevocable. When a user receives more than thirty transfers per month, the fees associated with additional transfers are their responsibility.

Security and Confidentiality:
PameCash complies with personal data protection standards in accordance with current Senegalese law. Only the account holder can access the service. All transactions are carried out through the application's secure interface.

Access Requirements:

• Must have a smartphone and an internet connection
• Unemancipated minors are not eligible to subscribe

Modifications and Updates:
PAMECAS may update PameCash to meet technological needs. Any changes to the Terms of Service will be communicated to the user at least thirty days before they take effect. Without a cancellation request, the user is considered to have accepted the modification.
