Our laboratories provide an extensive variety of clinical laboratory services using the most modern technology available.

Laboratory Services and Consultations Limited provides services to the entire population of St Lucia (resident population of approx. 180,000) via 11 locations. Testing & Laboratory services are provided for hospitals, clinics, doctors, patients, and various health and other institutions island-wide.

The laboratory is composed of eight (8) departments:
Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology/Blood Banking, Histopathology, Cytology, and Specimen Collection.

Our laboratory continues to lead the way in the introduction of new tests as guided by feedback from our physicians and other professionals. Our laboratory continues to lead and is the very first medical laboratory to receive international accreditation. We achieved this by meeting Accreditation Canada’s Qmentum standards as verified by Accreditation Canada auditors.
