The Gtext and Associates is an empowerment initiative of one of the subsidiaries of Gtext Holdings, to help individuals independently grow wealth from selling real estate products by providing them with the necessary sales materials & tutorials to enable them perform well on the field at any point in time.

The primary product of Gtext and Associates is its estates. The estates are being sold in different forms which are landed properties and housing schemes. While Gtext homes is responsible for developing its estates, they are designed to have a portion for people to build and develop their own designs while we have our own sector where we build and sell our trademark state-of-the-art Green and Smart homes to others who are interested. Gtext Lands is committed to acquiring its Luxury Serviced Plots.
Currently, our estates are located in Nigeria, Dubai, USA, UK. Our locations in Nigeria include Ibeju-Lekki (Lagos), Isheri (Lagos), Ikorodu (Lagos), Atan (Ogun state), Ibadan (Oyo state), Guzape Extension (Abuja), Lugbe (Abuja), Kurudu (Abuja), Asaba and Port Harcourt.

Commissions
Gtext & Associates (G&A) membership program was designed for individuals and partners to make money from referring clients to our Subsidiary/ Products (Gtext Homes, Gtext Lands, Gvest, Stephen Akintayo Consulting). The program is designed to give a referral bonus on each sale a Gtext & Associate member makes for the company. The referral bonus is in 3 categories. For Lands (10% commission, 2% commission and 1% commission), For Homes (5% commission, 1% commission and 0.5% commission), For Investment (2% commission, 0.5% commission and 0.5% commission), For Stephen Akintayo Consulting (5% commission, 2% commission and 1% commission),
To become a consultant, a referral link would be sent to you and after successful registration, a unique link generated automatically for you to use in registering other consultants will be sent to your mail.
Practical example of how it works; For Gtext Lands, Assuming A gets registered as a Gtext & Associate member and A registers B , then B registers C, for every sale C makes, He/she gets a 10% commission while B gets a 2% commission for registering C, and A gets 1% commission for registering B. The commission stops at the third level. Meaning; if C registers D as a Gtext & Associate member and D makes a sale, C gets 2% and B gets 1% but A does not get any commission.
