The mobile app was created for CRUX Club customers.
The mobile app allows, among other things:
Creating an account
Logging in to the user account
Managing personal data in the profile, including selecting and deselecting consents, adding a profile photo, and changing the password
Viewing customer season tickets, including accessing information about season ticket validity and/or the number of remaining entries
Displaying a QR code for club entry
Accessing a link to the Customer Panel page, where users can, among other things, purchase season tickets entitling them to club entry
Checking the address details of individual facilities online, as well as accessing the club's email address and social media links
Deleting an account
Technical Description:
Panel Structure and Functionality:
The panel consists of interactive and static tiles that allow users to take various actions depending on the tile type.
Information Tiles:
Tiles related to user season tickets are static and non-clickable. They display information about the season ticket's status, such as its validity period if the user has an active season ticket.
"My QR Code" Button:
A button is available on the dashboard that redirects the user to a dedicated subpage displaying a QR code. This code allows, among other things:
Entering the club through automatic gates.
The dashboard is intuitively designed, providing quick access to key user functions and information.
Functionality Description:
App users are clients of the sports club who have ordered and use the app.
The app displays information about purchased services (season tickets, admission tickets), which are displayed on the app's dashboard. Services can be purchased through the reception app or on the store's website, which are part of the extensive customer system and operate independently.
To use the app, you must register a user account. Users can edit personal data, access the club's contact information, or generate a personalized QR code without purchasing a season ticket.
Users can create an account directly in the mobile app by entering their registration details. There are no fees for creating an account.
Fees apply only to the use and admission of the sports club.
The app is secured against unauthorized access to the user's account by third parties.
One account can only be used on one device at a time.
The administrator of personal data is the sports facility for which the app was created. The developer does not share user data with other companies or organizations.
This app may collect:
