If your utility is connected to the portal system at https://getMyMeter.info, you can also access your information through the My Meter Info app. View usage trends, hourly, daily and monthly meter data, local weather history, leak alerts, usage notifications and other pertinent account information. You can also use the app to submit location-tagged service reports with a photo to your utility's customer service department.
