eGOV - Residental Group is a digital platform for residents and the Management Board: managing resident information, receiving feedback - suggestions, conducting surveys, updating news and quickly looking up public utilities around you.
Features for residents:
- News & announcements: update regional news, quick notifications from the Management Board.
- Suggestions, feedback: send feedback with photos/videos; track processing status.
- Survey & vote: participate in community opinion surveys.
- Look up utilities: medical, school, post office, cultural house, relic, restaurant, karaoke bar, look up fines, hotline & hotline number.
- Documents - decrees: look up documents, regulations applicable in the locality.
Features for the Management Board/unit:
- Manage households & residents: apartment records, approve residents/approve households.
- News: create, review and manage newsletters.
- Feedback: receive - classify - process, respond directly on the application.
- Survey: create surveys, view participation statistics.
- Meetings & communities: create groups, quickly notify members.
- Revenue/expenditure management: track revenue and expenditure (if the unit enables this feature).

- Some functions require an account issued by the Management Board/unit. Information to be looked up (health, school, post office, monument, etc.) may come from partners/management agencies.
Privacy & Accessibility
