Book sessions with our app & choose from up to six class times per day. Our 6-week training blocks help you build strength and improve cardio, with a weekly breakdown:
- Mon, Wed, Fri: Strength Training
- Tue, Thu, Sat: Cardio & Conditioning
- Sundays: Active Recovery, Events, or Rest
