The settings record data such as age, gender and total energy requirements in order to adapt the corresponding macronutrient distribution to your calories. You can now select your food in the main view and receive information about your consumption quantities. The app makes suggestions for food choices to optimize your nutrient balance shown in the main view below. In a bar chart you can see which macronutrients are in the green, optimal range and which are in the red, need for improvement. If you use the nutrition planner regularly for your meals, you will quickly get a feel for the quantities and foods that are right for you.
In the food diary you have the opportunity to record your actual condition over seven days and, if you wish, send this data to a competent nutritionist for evaluation.
