Technology
Harp Bio-digesters are a range of thermally accelerated dry aerobic digesters which are capable of processing between 1,000 - 50,000 litres a week. The biodigesters are highly engineered, computerised vessels that monitored, record and carefully control internal environmental parameter to optimise the decomposition and breakdown of organic matter and accelerated the natural conditions for the microbial digestions.

Within the optimised internal environmental conditions of the biodigesters, carefully controlled consortium of thermophilic and hydrolytic enzymes efficiently breakdown the molecular organic bonds within the food waste to produce a nutrient rich, high in carbon End-Product, within just a short 24-hour period. This breakdown typically obtains a 70-75% reduction in volume, producing a nutrient rich, premium product that can be used as a soil enhancer, biomass fuel or anaerobic digestion feedstock.
