Existing platforms are having a bad history and offline traditional ways of organizing talent hunt competitions. The current process is very unreliable and has higher infrastructure dependency with long and lengthy shortlisting or selection process, even after all the above hard work they mostly have to take help of cheap emotional marketing strategies to raise TRP to raise revenues.
