Secondly, services must be tested for quality. I can name a couple of cities where I personally “caught” problems and received qualified help, but I would like to know right away that in any city where I was first there is already a high-quality technical service.

The sad experience in Temryuk suggested another condition: the program should work even in the absence of mobile Internet.

I tested many services and private workshops, eventually stopping at RAMK - Russian Automobile Club - a subsidiary of ARC Europe SA. This is one of the world's most popular roadside assistance services.
