The myHDS App is a mobile application reserved exclusively for users of Hospital Distrital de Santarém, EPE (HDS).

Through the App, users have access, in a secure and personalized way, to their appointment schedule, treatments, exams, complementary means of diagnosis and therapy.

Users can access recommendations and preparations before carrying out analyzes and exams, download attendance statements and consult their history on the HDS.

The App also provides institutional information and news from the Hospital.

The myHDS App is exclusively intended to provide these services and can be deleted by the user at any time.

Users register with the National Health Service (SNS) number that is associated with the clinical process or with a Digital Mobile Key.

After registering, users receive an email with a link and a security code to activate their account.

After activating the account, the myHDS App provides a screen to define the password (complexity: minimum of 8 alphanumeric and special characters and case sensitivity: 8 characters, 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 digit, 1 special character).

To access the myHDS App, the user enters the SNS number and password or the Digital Mobile Key.

Data is treated in accordance with the HDS Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Protection Policy, under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation in force.

With the myHDS App, we seek to facilitate your contact with the HDS, avoiding travel for reasons that can be resolved efficiently and safely using new technologies.

The development of the myHDS App stems from ongoing investment projects in the administrative and technological modernization of the HDS, financed by SAMA2020/PORTUGAL2020, with a view to digital transformation.
