Health Box supports the inviolability of personal freedom and the positive behavior of citizens in promoting the right to safeguard their personal health and physical integrity (art.13 Constitution). In particular, "Health Box" encourages actions aimed at self-determination of their choices in the health, cultural and social field, in order to promote the so-called. "Therapeutic alliance" in a participatory relationship between doctor, patient and other objects involved in the care and protection of personal health in general.

The user of the "Health Box" application will be able to access a management, collection, monitoring and storage area of ​​their data in a personal area that is inaccessible to external subjects or users, except those expressly authorized by the relative owner.
By registering, the user allows the App, and possibly the website, to identify it and give it access to dedicated services.
Personal and sensitive data relating to health status, ie health parameters or clinical analysis reports or instrumental examinations must be entered voluntarily by the user in his own application, or collected automatically during the use of the same.
The data will be provided solely for personal clinical monitoring, diagnostic-therapeutic and statistical purposes by the user / user and will cover personal and sensitive data, such as. health parameters related to blood pressure, body weight, blood glucose, temperature, analysis reports, diagnostic tests, etc. The data included within the application can only be used for scientific research and study purposes by the owner of the application software and in an absolutely anonymous form.

The System allows the global management of personal and health data of the individual subject and, by way of example, provides:

- the creation of personal databases and archives with historicization of all types of information;
- management and monitoring of health parameters;
- production of reports, statistics, custom graphs, with filters for period and type also in "print" format;
- transmission of data to subjects previously authenticated;
