This app is for laboratories to receive lab report requests from our existing health x customer base. Once you register with us and get approved, the requests for reports will be directed to your lab automatically. Customers can request home delivery of lab reports in which case the lab should go to the patients location in order to collect the necessary samples. After examination, the final report can be sent through the app itself.

Add report types
Labs can add report types with the fees for each type of lab report. These reports will show up as available from your lab in the health x patient app

Delivery
After setting up the delivery radius and the delivery fee, your lab will show up for patients looking to get medical reports analysed and delivered to their homes through health x. After getting a lab report request for home delivery, the lab assistant can get real time directions to the patient location through the app itself. They will need to visit the patient in order to get a sample for the reports.

Comment
You can add comments to lab reports after completion. They will show up along with the lab report in the patients end in health x platform.

History
View the history of all the lab reports sent by the lab from a single place. By selecting a completed lab report, you can view the full lab reports given with any comments.

Add lab report requests
You can add lab reports to already existing customers of health x through the app itself by searching for patients from their name, mobile number or the unique health x QR code created for all health x patients. Then all you have to do is select the lab report type and a new request type will be added under the patient's name and the patient will be notified.
