Currently, only the Polar H10 chest strap is supported as a measuring device.


Fields of application:

- In case of heart muscle inflammation (myocarditis), physical rest is one of the most important measures for a complete recovery of the heart. For example, let this app warn you at 50% of your maximum heart rate*.

- You do not want to exceed a certain HR zone during training. Then this app can tell you* if you are going too fast.


Miscellaneous:

- You decide whether the app uses a light display or a dark display (dark mode).
