The Hemos Santé app allows you to view all the information of your health contract 7 days a week.
If you have not already activated your space insured on the site www.hemossante.fr, you can do it from the mobile application by providing you with your membership number and your access code on the accompanying mail your mutual card.
From the homepage of the mobile application, you can then:
- Consult your refunds and your statements of account
- Consult the beneficiaries of your contract, your postal, telephone and bank details
- Send requests to update your file (change of address, telephone number, bank details, declaration of birth, declaration of a new beneficiary ...)
- Visualize your guarantees
- Consult your quotes
- Download documents available to you
- Read your messages received from your mutual and view what you have sent via instant messaging
