This is a carpentry app. Herringbone strutting can be used when there are pipes or cables that run between joists. This app calculates the total strut length, the angle to cut the strut at, the maximum pipe diameter that would fit in the strut, side length and the difference between total length and side length which can be used to mark the angle on the strut where it needs to be cut if a saw which measures angles is not available.
