Beta Version Review Information
Letter is a communication platform developed to make messaging faster and more effective. This beta version includes message-to-message translation and voice-to-voice translation features and has been released for testing by certain user groups. This version continues to be improved based on feedback to optimize performance, accuracy and user experience.
Information for the Testing Process
1. Login Information and Authentication
Email or phone number is used to log in to the application.
OTP (One Time Password) verification is mandatory. As the user logs in, a verification code is sent to their phone number or email address.
A test account is provided for the Apple review team.
2. Translation Features and Working Mechanism
Two main translation features are offered in this beta:
Message to Message Translation: Users can automatically translate messages written in different languages into the language they specify.
Voice to Voice Translation: Users can translate voice messages into the designated target language and receive a written or voice response.
Working Process:
The user enables the message translation or voice translation feature.
The system detects the language used and translates it into the target language.
Translation is done in real time, but accuracy may vary for some languages.
3. Beta Restrictions and Known Issues
Translation Accuracy: Artificial intelligence-supported translation models may produce different results than expected in some languages.
Voice Recognition Delays: Voice-to-voice translation may experience slight delays, especially during long conversations.
Language Support: A certain number of languages are currently supported and new languages will be added in future updates.
Server Load: Since it is a beta version, some response delays may occur in high user traffic.
4. Application Settings (App-Specific Settings)
Users can change their translation language preferences from the in-app settings section.
Default language settings are automatically determined based on users' device language.
The user can optionally turn the translation feature on or off.
5. Data Security and Privacy
Message contents and voice data are not stored permanently and are only processed temporarily for translation purposes.
Phone number and credentials are used for authentication and account security purposes only.
There is no data sharing with third parties.
6. User Feedback and Support
Users can report problems they encounter during the testing process or features they want to improve within the application.
Our support team continues to analyze bug reports and make performance and accuracy improvements.
This beta version will be continuously improved with user feedback, and regular updates will be released for performance and feature optimizations. Thank you for participating in the testing process.
