Application to determine fitness level from 2.4 km running test.

The following is a tutorial using the 2.4 Km running test application.

Users directly enter the application menu for the 2.4 km run test. There are 4 menu tabs available, namely Tutorial, Input 1 Person, Input 10 People and Data that has been saved.

The data that must be filled in by the application user is

Name
Age
Gender
Running Time (obtained after a person runs 2.4 km) in minutes
After filling in the data, the application user clicks on the PROCESS RESULT button.

The results that appear are the Vo2max Value in the vo2max column and the Physical Fitness Level.

If you want to delete all data and start a new calculation, then please click the DELETE DATA button.

If the user wants to save the data from the vo2max process, please click the SAVE button.

If the user wants to view the previously stored data, please click the DATA button.

Application users can export data in .csv form which can be opened via a spreadsheet application via the excel button.

Application users can share data through various social media via the share button.
