WellMap is a virtual navigator to provide Duke Cancer Institute patients and caregivers information about support services and resources to help them through their cancer experience.
WellMap:
-Provides information about cancer support services available to patients and their loved ones.
-Addresses your cancer-related distress by connecting you with specialized support services.
-Directly connects you to access specialists who will discuss your concerns and make personalized recommendations for services to support you.
-Links you to professionally facilitated, virtual support groups. (either scratch the term or as an alternate say led vs facilitated) virtual support groups. Allows you to register for support groups.
