How to use:

1. Charge the teacher and child sensors.
2. Attach dedicated sensors to each child and teacher.
3. Open the app and log in to your administrator account.
4. In daycare, if a child leaves the designated safety area of ​​the school for a certain period of time, an alert will be activated on the teacher's device.
5. Outside childcare has two modes: walking mode, riding mode, and destination mode after arriving at the destination. When leaving, set the walk destination, accompanying teacher, participating kindergarteners, and alert sensitivity, and start walk monitoring. ❶Walk mode: During a walk, if the child's sensor cannot catch the teacher's radio wave, the system will determine that the child is not near the teacher, and an alert will be activated on the teacher's device. ❷Ride mode: If you need to ride the school bus to your destination during out-of-school childcare, please use the ride mode. During the ride, due to the closed environment inside the car, the calculation of position information by the child sensor will be temporarily stopped while the child is in the car. ❸Destination mode: If the child is away from the teacher for a certain period of time and is not in the safe area, an alert will be activated on the teacher's device.
6. After the out-of-school daycare ends, a report for the day will be generated.

GPS function

Hikids' kindergarten sensor uploads the child's location information every 1-2 minutes. If the system determines that the child's location information is in danger, it will alert the teacher's device. Also, when an alert occurs, you can search for a route to the target child's location.

Park mode

Hikids allows you to set a safe area for facilities such as daycare centers and kindergartens, and if a child leaves the set safety area for a certain period of time, an alert will be activated on the teacher's device.

Walking mode

During a walk, if the child's sensor cannot pick up the radio waves from the teacher's sensor, the system will determine that the child is not near the teacher, and an alert will be activated on the teacher's device.

destination mode

With Hikids, you can set safe areas of frequently visited parks as destinations, and you can register up to 20 destinations. If a child leaves the teacher's vicinity for a certain amount of time and is not in the safe area, an alert will be activated on the teacher's device.

ride mode

If you need to ride the school bus to your destination during out-of-school childcare, please use ride mode. During the ride, the child moves at a high speed, and the closed environment inside the car makes it difficult to receive GPS satellite signals, causing the child sensor's battery to drain quickly. Therefore, calculation of position information from the child sensor during the ride is temporarily suspended. Let me do it.

The conditions under which the teacher's device will be alerted will change depending on the three scenes: in-school daycare, during a walk, and at the destination. In In-Person mode and Destination mode, the teacher's device will alert if the child is away from the teacher for a certain amount of time and is not in a set safe area. When in Walk Mode, the system determines that the child is not near the teacher and will trigger an alert on the teacher's device.

Alert manual stop

If the location information is delayed due to network conditions and the alert continues even after the child is safe, the teacher should check to see if the child is nearby. If your child is safe, you can manually stop the alert for about 3 minutes by clicking the "Check Safety" button and selecting "Inside Safe Area."

Customize alert sensitivity

The higher the sensitivity, the more likely the alert will sound, and at the highest sensitivity, the device's alert will sound about 1 minute after the child leaves the safe area. However, if the sensitivity is set high, the frequency of false notifications will increase. Please adjust the alert sensitivity each time according to the environment of childcare activities, the number of teachers assigned, etc.

Customize alert sounds
