The Athletic Training Injury Evaluation tool provides a basic injury record designed from the H.O.P.S. method of evaluation (History, Observation, Palpation, Special tests, Impression, Severity). The record can be saved and searched on the device. The summary record can be emailed from the device to your own email and/or shared with team physician and other health care professionals. It was created for Athletic Trainers who identified a need for this application and allows the Athletic Trainer, Physician or Sports Medicine Clinician a quick, easy to use evaluation tool to record injuries while at practices, events or in the Athletic Training facility/clinic or any venue where sports medicine clinicians are serving.
