Introducing the HKN Logistics application - developed by Hoa Kien Nhan Co., Ltd
HKN Logistics is an application developed to support businesses in comprehensive management of logistics operations processes, helping to closely connect departments such as sales, dispatchers and drivers, ensuring that order and vehicle management takes place quickly, transparently and effectively.
The application is designed to be flexible with two main roles: Admin and Driver, supporting effective work coordination on a digital platform.
Admin – Overall operations management:
Goods management: Add new, classify and look up goods information.
Vehicle type management: Set up a vehicle type list to serve vehicle coordination.
Vehicle management: Manage vehicle information, monitor operating status, monitor real-time journeys and record fuel consumption.
Driver management: Manage drivers, track journeys, number of trips, volume of orders made and corresponding income for each driver.
Customer management: Store and look up customer information, compile statistics on total revenue, total orders and remaining debt for each customer.
Order management: Create new orders, update status over time and track the journey until completion.
Operating cost management: Record and manage costs incurred in each period, compile total cost statistics to analyze operating performance based on actual data.
Driver – Delivery and performance monitoring:
Order delivery: Receive orders and proceed with pickup and delivery based on route information provided through the application.
Track income: After each trip, the system will display temporary income for the driver to track.
Track trip history: Review trips made, statistics on number of trips and transport volume.
